Shipping

Domestic Shipping —

All domestic orders (Canada) are shipped via Canada Post Regular Post (7-14 business days).

U.S. Shipping —

Orders going out to the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS (14-30) business days). Any duty and/or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pick Up —

I offer free local pickup from my Vancouver studio. Just select Local Pick Up during the checkout process and I will contact you when your order is ready. It will be such a pleasure to meet you! 

Processing —

Each piece is made to order meaning that a lead time should be accounted for. Please refer to the Made to Order section at the bottom of the Homepage for current lead times.

Aube Atelier is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses or stolen merchandise incurred during shipping.

All stated shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee.​

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount so please reach contact info@aubeatelier.com so we can find the best solution for you needs.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on any undamaged, unused items within 5 days of receipt, after which all sales are final. Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.

All shipping, customs and insurance costs paid on your original order are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the item. COD packages will not be accepted.

All shipments must have a tracking number and insurance for the value of your purchase. Aube Atelier is not responsible for damaged or lost items during transit or any other fees that may occur during the process (custom, duty).
